To make certain that the software perfectly caters to your needs, we encourage you to thoroughly test all the features of the product through the demo version. None of our software requires registration to enable their primary functionality, and they remain fully functional throughout the trial period. We highly recommend all customers evaluate the demo version of any product/script before making a purchase, ensuring a well-informed decision.

It's important to understand that once you have registered the software, returns or refunds are not possible due to our policy. We want to provide clarity on this matter. Nevertheless, our dedicated support team is available to help you with any installation and configuration needs you may have. Acceptance Of Macavs Refund Policy

Understanding our refund policy lies with the client. When you make a purchase for any of our products, it signifies that you have taken the time to read and acquaint yourself with our refund policy. Your purchase implies your agreement with and total acceptance of the terms outlined in our refund policy.

In the event that you are in disagreement with or do not fully accept the terms stated in this refund policy, we respectfully ask that you do not proceed with placing an order. We encourage you to direct any queries or clarifications about our refund policy to sales@macavs.com.

Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to amend our policy, provided that the changes are approved by the directors of Macavs Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. Any revisions will be communicated by posting the updated policy at least thirty (30) days prior to its effective date.

If this policy has not yet been invoked by the submission of a complaint to a provider, the version of the policy in effect at the time of invocation will apply to you until the dispute is concluded. All future modifications to the policy will also be legally binding on you.

Should you have any objections to the changes made in this policy, your sole option is to cancel your purchase. Please be aware that canceling your purchase will not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

Full Refund Policy Of Our Services

Upon request, we will furnish the client with the Google Forms required for web installation and app submission. These forms will include comprehensive instructions to assist the client in successfully installing the site and submitting the applications to the appropriate app stores.

Within a maximum of 5 working days, we will initiate the submission process of the applications to the stores. It's important to note that this timeframe applies solely to the base package and does not encompass any customization. The countdown of the 5-day period begins once the client has provided all the required details in the Google Forms, ensuring the absence of any missing fields.

Our non-working days, which fall on Saturdays and Sundays, are not considered within the mentioned duration. This duration solely covers the app submission process to the Play Store or App Store, handled by our dedicated Macavs team. Furthermore, we will furnish the client with evidence of the application submission.

Please note that the refund policy does not cover the time taken for testing and approval of the applications by the Play Store or App Store.
